Pam established her practice with Sapient Financial Group in 2007. She serves a diverse clientele including retirees, small business owners, doctors and other professionals. Her mission is clear: to earn the trust her clients place in her by providing the finest quality service available in the financial services industry.

Pam holds a BA in Management from Our Lady of the Lake University in San Antonio. Prior to joining Sapient she was with USAA from 1979 to 2006 as Manager of Life Company Sales, where she trained and coached sales representatives. Pam has continued her work in mentoring new associates by serving as Sapient's Annuity Specialist, where she trains new agents in the business.

In 2007, Pam earned the honor of Sapient Financial Group Rookie of the Year. In 2008, she achieved the National MassMutual 'Freshman Five' Award, top 5 agents of all first year agents. In 2009, she achieved the National Women in Insurance and Financial Services Rookie of the Year Award. She is active in the community by serving as a member of the San Antonio Women's Chamber of Commerce, Women in Financial Services, and the Society of Financial Service Professionals.

Originally an Air Force brat, Pam has lived in Italy, Japan, and throughout the U.S. She finally moved to San Antonio in 1975, where she met her husband Russell. They have two children, Justin, 20, and Braeden, 10. In her spare time, Pam enjoys painting, gardening, watching her children play sports, and watching her husband participate in team roping.
