Since 1986, Pete has worked with business owners, professionals and managers on the creation of compensation structures designed to attract and retain productive employees. Additionally, Pete works with corporate executives and professionals by helping them maintain their personal financial security in areas such as retirement and estate liquidity.

Pete has a wife, Annette, and a son, Nicholas. Pete graduated from Kansas State University in 1981.
